Role: As Commercial Manager I lead the projects Interior Fit out pre-construction phase on site whilst enabling works were being undertaken by the Construction Team from Sir Robert McAlpine. Running design workshops and undertaking all commercial activities including Cost Planning, Value Engineering, Cash Flow Forecasting, and general procurement for the new American Express headquarters in Brighton. Once I converted the project into an agreed contract I handed this over to another Project Team, whilst I concentrated on other opportunities.
